THE PROBLEM
The golf is the easy part
Collecting eighteen cards in a car park. Working out net Stableford for a field ranging from 6 to 28. The player who swears he had a five on the twelfth. Someone typing it all into a spreadsheet on Sunday night, and a WhatsApp message with a screenshot of it.
None of that is organising golf. It is admin that exists only because the scores were written on paper by eighteen different people.
HOW IT WORKS
Four steps, and none of them is a spreadsheet
Create it in the app
Name it, pick the course, choose Stableford or stroke play, gross or net, and whether it runs for a week or a month. Best round counts, or best of two or three.
Send the code
Private tournaments get a six-character join code. Text it to the group and they type it in — no account hunting, no adding people one at a time.
Everyone scores their own card
Each player scores on their own phone, on the day, at whatever course you set. Handicap strokes are allocated from the card’s stroke index automatically.
The table keeps itself
The leaderboard updates as cards come in. Nobody collects scorecards in a car park, and nobody works out net Stableford with a calculator.

WHAT IT COSTS
Free for most society days
Up to 8 players is free, which covers a two-fourball outing. Beyond that the organiser needs Pro — and only the organiser. Every player scores their round free, forever, whether or not anyone in the group pays for anything.
An open club tournament — one anybody at the club can join rather than only people with the code — also needs Pro, and has no player limit. See what Pro costs.
Common questions
How many players can join a society tournament?
Up to 8 on a free account. The Caddy Pro removes the cap, and club tournaments — open to anyone rather than code-only — are uncapped and need Pro.
Does everyone need to pay?
No. Scoring is free forever for every player. Only the organiser needs Pro, and only to go beyond 8 players or to run an open club tournament.
Can it run across more than one course?
Yes — a tournament can span up to 20 courses, so an away day or a season across several venues counts into one table.
How are handicaps applied?
From the stroke index on the course’s own card. Choose net scoring and each player’s strokes are allocated hole by hole, so a mixed-ability field competes fairly without anyone doing arithmetic.
What formats can we play?
Stroke play, match play, Stableford and skins for a round. Tournament tables are scored on stroke play or Stableford, gross or net.
Can players see it without an account?
The leaderboard has a shareable link that anyone can open in a browser. Scoring a round needs the free app.
